DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS (UK MAINLAND ONLY)

Once your order has been processed, your card will be debited as soon as your purchase has been despatched to you. Items that are in stock will be despatched within 24 hours and items that are out of stock will normally be despatched within 7 days. We will contact you immediately if there is likely to be a change to this timescale, i.e. if your purchase is temporarily out of stock with our suppliers, so that you can decide how you wish to proceed. If you have not received your goods within 14 days, and we have not contacted you, please contact us . In some cases, larger items will be delivered direct from our suppliers warehouse and in these instances delivery often takes place the next day. In these circumstances, we will inform you of the delivery date of your purchase. Please contact us if you require next day delivery or delivery within the EU so that we can discuss the cost of this option with you. Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery.

SECURE ONLINE ORDERING

Freedom Mobility Equipment uses PayPal's secure online payment system to process your online payments. None of your credit card or payment details are stored on Freedom Mobility Equipment's system.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Goods may be returned to us if faulty or unsuitable for use, provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt, and the product is unused. Safe return of the item is the customer's responsibility. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. We refund the cost of the product only and not the initial delivery charge. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us or fill out a form on the contact us page.

Please Note: Unfortunately, because of the risk of cross-infections and for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept return of any toileting or bath safety products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel the order (except for made-to- measure items) within seven working days of receipt of the products provided the products are not damaged, opened or used. All cancellations must be made in writing to us with a returns note detailing the reason for return and received at our address within the 7 day cooling off period. If you cancel within 7 days and in accordance with the above procedure, you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies debited by us within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation was given together with the reasonable costs to you of the return of the products, provided such return is a result of the products being defective. If you cancel your order but do not comply with the above, then you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the products minus the cost for us to collect the products from you.
